April 1970, the Apollo 13 Command Module "Odyssey" is crippled by an explosion. Power failing and losing oxygen quickly, the brave crew of Apollo 13 use LM-7 "Aquarius" as a emergency lifeboat. Designed for only 2 astronauts for a 2 day lunar landing, against all odds, Aquarius kept Jim Lovell, Jack Swigert, and Fred Haise, alive and well for 4 days, allowing them to survive and land safely back on Earth.

Jim Lovell made a point to save the retrofit lunar landing plaque, scheduled to be affixed during Lunar EVA. This was a last minute reprint after primary CMP Ken Mattingly was swapped out for backup,  Jack Swigert due to a possible case of the Measles just 3 days before launch.

Bring home commemorative replica of that plaque!  Black printing on brushed aluminum, sized nicely at 6x8" (about 15x20cm) and mounted to a handsome wooden base ready for hanging or placement on your shelf.

Made in USA.
